Like many entrepreneurs, the idea of Marketwise came to life from the idea that I could genuinely improve a segment in the market. I grew up in the 2000s, watching the Great Financial Crisis unfold before my eyes as I started in the real estate business. Seeing the catastrophic fallout of economic mismanagement and misaligned incentives in the mortgage industry planted the seed of Marketwise.
Fast forward to 2017. Marketwise was founded with the idea that we could sincerely make a difference in the appraisal management industry. My passion for serving the mortgage and banking industry with experienced appraisal experts laid the foundation for a boutique AMC service.
Our vision is simple: use a team of industry experts to serve the Southeast and grow as needed, but no more. We promise our partners access to our team to quickly and efficiently solve problems while delivering the highest level of customer service possible.
