Marketwise’s Select Portfolio appraiser panel must meet the following qualifications for consideration:
- Minimum 15 years experience appraising
- Dress Code that represents the level of professionalism and experience necessary to appraise high-end homes
- Proven track record in high-end appraisal products
- Geographic Expertise: Our appraisers are experts in their county. We carefully limit the distance our team travels to preserve their geographical expertise.

We decided to break from the pack and dedicate an entirely new and highly-specified fee panel to service the high-end market.
Our Select Portfolio division has a dedicated, hand-picked fee panel that matches the rigorous appraisal demands that the high-end market requires. Utilizing this division, we guarantee that we only select apprisers who have dedicated themselves to the high-end marketplace.
